Acooa Ellis is a seasoned leader, trusted advisor, author, founder and principal strategist of ABLE Endeavors, a firm committed to actualizing change towards transformation, in partnership with mission-driven business executives, political principals and nonprofit leaders. Ms. Ellis has served as a national leader on numerous complex change efforts, with a career that spans multiple industries--including roles in government, corporate and nonprofit sectors. She most recently served as the inaugural executive director of Partnership for Equitable and Resilient Communities, a justice venture committed to transforming public funding and investment practices toward equitable development in several communities across the US. Most importantly, Acooa believes that every person is born with the capacity to be great in some regard. Her steadfast belief in humanity's capacity for greatness undergirds her work to remove barriers, build bridges and actualize possibilities.
