About me
Joseph currently works as a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Holmes Murphy & Associates. In this role, he supports the organization by designing and implementing user experiences, automation, and system architecture on the cloud-based platform. His IT and program management experience spans across various sectors, from nonprofit to government, from to the corporate world to the philanthropic, working with organizations of all sizes including the Iowa Arts Council and the Iowa Council of Foundations. As a co-leader of the Des Moines Nonprofit Salesforce User Group he has seen first-hand how Salesforce.org can help a nonprofit organizations of any size accomplish their mission more efficiently, and as a Salesforce consultant, his focus is to help equip nonprofit organizations with the appropriate resources they need from Salesforce.org to grow capacity, streamline processes, and ultimately provide new tools for accomplishing their mission.
